Jesse went above and beyond to help us through the transition from our house in New Mexico to our new house in Colorado. When he noticed that I was searching the Century 21 site for a house in Centennial, he contacted me to ask if I needed help. He was available, attentive, professional, helpful. He showed us that we could rely on him even at a moment's notice. We hadn't purchased a home for 38 years, and he was incredibly helpful in navigating us through a confusing process all with good humor and patience. After we signed for our new house, we had to return to New Mexico to sell our old home and pack. During that time, Jesse took care of making sure the roofers finished the roof on our new home, that the electricians completed their work, and that other details were taken care of.
